Job title: Database Analyst

Job Location: Baltimore, MD

Job Duties: Plan and implement security measures to safeguard the company’s electronic information; modify and test changes to company’s existing databases and database management systems; specify users and user access levels for each segment of database; identify and evaluate industry trends in database systems and software technologies to provide advice to upper management; plan and install upgrades of database management system and customer relationship management (CRM) software; develop standards and guidelines for the use and acquisition of software to reduce the company’s operational costs; plan and supervise the installation and testing of new products and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Requirements: Position requires Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a closely related field. Position also requires at least 12 months of experience in the job offered or in the alternate occupation of Product Owner, Solutions Architect or Solutions Analyst. Must have at least 12 months of experience in installation or testing of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
